Our Marketing Team in Hong Kong is looking for a marketing professional with passion in apparel retail industry to join us as:

 

SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE (RETAIL MARKETING) – HONG KONG

Shape the retail and brand experience for Triumph & Sloggi across Hong Kong and Macau!

Are you passionate about bringing brands to life through impactful campaigns, retail activations, and in-store experiences? Then this role could be a fit for you!

In this role, you will play a key role in driving retail marketing initiatives for the Hong Kong market, including campaign execution, visual merchandising, brand activations, and social media support. Partnering closely with teams across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Global HQ, you will help deliver a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints while supporting business growth and customer engagement.

Your Responsibilities

Brand Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Coordinate and manage marketing material requirements, including media assets, KOL

collaborations, POSM and in-store promotional materials.

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns based on annual brand strategy and product launch

priorities, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.

  • Manage sample allocation and coordinate with internal stakeholders to support marketing

activities.

  • Track campaign performance, prepare reports and provide recommendations for future

optimization.

Product Content & Social Media Management

  • Prepare and localize product information and marketing content for the Hong Kong market.
  • Support social media content planning, scheduling, publishing and platform management.
  • Monitor social media performance and campaign results, providing regular performance

analysis and insights.

Retail Marketing & Visual Merchandising (VM)

  • Support the planning and execution of retail marketing activities and VM initiatives.
  • Coordinate POSM production and ensure in-store implementation meets brand guidelines.
  • Conduct regular store visits, review merchandising execution, prepare store reports and

recommend improvements.

Marketing Operations & Administration

  • Handle marketing budget application, payment process and related documentation.
  • Manage samples, gifts, non-sale items and consignment inventory according to company

What We're Looking For

Requirements

  • 3-5 years or above experience in Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Integrated Marketing, with solid exposure to the Hong Kong and Macau markets.
  • Experience in marketing campaign execution, product information management, and content localization.
  • Familiar with social media performance tracking, reporting, and basic data analysis.
  • Experience in POSM production, vendor management, and in-store merchandising execution.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent fluency in both English and Chinese languages (reading/ speaking/ written).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in lingerie, fashion, beauty, FMCG, or retail brands.
  • Strong understanding of the Hong Kong and Macau retail landscape, including department stores, shopping malls, brand boutiques, and other retail channels.
  • Experience in KOL collaborations, media partnerships, and integrated marketing campaign execution.
  • Experience in campaign performance reporting, campaign review, and social media analytics.
  • Able to maintain high execution quality while managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.
