Our Customer Success Department in Törökbálint – Hungary, is looking for a

 

                                                       Order Management Specialist (f/m/d) (working %)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform excellent and pro-active track of orders and managing processes that is needed for fulfillment stage
  • Ensure policies and procedures such as cancellations, returns, holds are followed up with all relevant key stakeholders
  • Ensure a clean Orderbook / Contract Orderbook which is managed pro-actively
  • Build and maintain an excellent relationship with the national accounts and ensure an active communication flow with the sales account team
  • Perform business analysis as basis for Order Management Operations and future improvement strategies, including a respective follow up of agreed KPIs
  • Focus on improving processes that have greatest impact on the business; share best practices with colleagues in your team as well as other relevant stakeholders
  • Be the local key contact for Order Management related projects to train and mentor individuals as new processes are implemented

 

 

Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role
  • Good knowledge of SAP and Salesforce would be a plus
  • English knowledge is a must, German and Hungarian are an advantage
  • Accuracy and methodology in execution of operational tasks
  • Great communication skills and team working
